About the Center
The Center for Women's Leadership Enrichment (CWLE) is a ministry of the Midwest Baptist Conference. CWLE exists to serve women's ministry leaders, seeking to contribute to their personal spiritual growth and equip them in all areas of their ministry. Through CWLE, women's
ministry leaders can attend workshops, locate resources,
find speakers, and become certified in women's ministry
through the Women's Ministry Institute.
